We respect your right to control your personal data. Here's how to request the complete deletion of your information.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of all your personal data from 8ity in the following ways:

From your account

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will automatically start the deletion process.

By email

Envia un correo a privacy@8ity.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" including the email associated with your account.

When processing your deletion request, the following will be permanently deleted:

  • Tu perfil de usuario y datos de cuenta
  • Conversaciones e historial de IA (incluyendo memoria de IA)
  • Documentos, notas y archivos creados en la plataforma
  • Datos financieros, contactos CRM y registros de proyectos
  • Tareas, eventos de calendario y recordatorios
  • Configuraciones, preferencias y tokens de integracion
  • Registros de actividad y logs asociados a tu cuenta
  • Datos almacenados en workspaces donde eres el unico miembro

Processing time

Your request will be processed within the following timeframes:

  • 24-48 hours:Request receipt confirmation
  • Hasta 30 dias:Complete deletion of all data from active systems
  • Hasta 90 dias:Deletion of backups and backup systems

Retention Exceptions

In certain cases, we may retain limited information as required by law:

  • Financial transaction records (tax obligations)
  • Information necessary to resolve pending disputes
  • Anonymized and aggregated data for statistical purposes
  • Records required by court orders or applicable regulations

This retained data cannot be used to personally identify you.

Deletion of data linked to Facebook/Meta

If you logged into 8ity using your Facebook or Instagram account, you can request the deletion of data we obtained through that connection.

To delete your data:

  1. Envia un correo a privacy@8ity.com stating that you wish to delete the data associated with your Facebook/Instagram account
  2. Include the email associated with your 8ity account
  3. You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours

You can also revoke 8ity's access from your Facebook account settings at Configuracion > Apps y sitios web.
